Architectural Changes Handbook

No building permit shall be acquired  or improvement of any kind or nature shall be erected, placed or altered on any Lot until all plans and specifications requested by the Committee and a plot plan have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Committee

Please see the attached pages [below] for information on requirements for different types of improvements.

Step 1:  complete the online ARA Change form [include as much specific info as possible]
Step 2:  wait for response from ARA Committee as to
[a] what additional information might be needed prior to a decision, or
[b] approval, or
[c] changes needed in plan, or
[d] denial

If your plan is not approved, a resident has 30 days, from the date of the denial, to request an appeal from the Board of Directors.
